3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This reference is not a consumer reporting agency as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., defines that term. Nothing here or returned by a linked tool is a consumer report. It may not be used for any purpose regulated by that law.
4. Outside Resources
Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and policies. Their content, access, fees, availability, and data practices are outside our control.
5. No Warranty
The reference is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties. We do not promise that an item is accurate, complete, or current, or that an outside portal will remain available or return a correct result.
6. Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this reference or a linked resource, including decisions based on a record.

8. Intellectual Property
The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page and quote a brief attributed excerpt. Republishing full pages or systematically copying the content is not permitted.
9. Changes to Terms
We may post an updated version of these terms. Continued use after that posting constitutes acceptance of the revision.
10. Restricting Access
We may restrict or block a user who violates these terms or abuses the reference, at our discretion and without prior notice.
11. Pennsylvania Law
Pennsylvania law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, governs access to agency records; it does not make this private reference a public agency or alter a custodian’s separate court, vital-record, or confidentiality rules.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
